Here is the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra in Sanskrit: ॐ त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे, सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनम्। उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान् मृत्योर्मुक्षीय मामृतात्॥ And here is the English transliteration: Om Tryambakam Yajamahe, Sugandhim Pushtivardhanam। Urvarukamiva Bandhanan Mrityor Mukshiya Maamritat॥ This mantra is also known as the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is believed to have healing and protective powers, especially against untimely death and disease.
